Returns & Refunds Policy

We take great care in sourcing, decanting, and packing every fragrance. Due to the nature of perfume and personal care products, our returns policy is designed to protect both quality and hygiene.


Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

This includes:

  • Opened or used full bottles

  • Opened 2ml samples or 10ml decants

  • Fragrances that don’t match personal scent preference

  • Incorrect selections made at checkout

Scent is personal — which is why we encourage starting with samples or smaller decants before committing to a larger size.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

Our products come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a refund or replacement if your order:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Is incorrect or not as described

If there’s an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video showing the issue

  • A brief explanation

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used fragrances

  • Opened samples or decants

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)


Refunds

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 3–10 business days for funds to appear

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.


Your Rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major fault, you’re entitled to a refund or replacement.
